Remarks:
  • Registration fees are exclusive of applicable payment gateway charges incurred during the online payment process, which shall be borne by the participant.
  • Separate registration fees shall be applicable for the conference and pre-conference workshop, and the same shall be reflected during the payment process.
Important Notes:
  • All participants, including invited speakers and accompanying persons, must register and pay the applicable fee.
  • Registration fee includes conference kit and meals but does not cover accommodation.
  • Accompanying persons will not be provided conference kits.
  • Registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Certificates will be issued only to registered participants.
  • Free-of-cost (on a sharing basis) accommodation shall be provided for a maximum of the first 50 registered outstation students on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to receipt of the registration fee on or before 15 September 2026 and prior submission of an accommodation request. For such student participants, reimbursement equivalent to Sleeper Class railway fare will be provided upon submission of valid travel tickets for the shortest route between their place and Lucknow. In cases where travel is undertaken by a class other than Sleeper Class, reimbursement shall be limited to the equivalent Sleeper Class fare only. Travelling with a car/taxi, etc will not be eligible for the reimbursement.
